A Diverse Portfolio for High-Growth Markets
The ambitious two-and-a-half-year plan, set to be completed within 24–30 months, will introduce a diverse portfolio of projects. These include thoughtfully design plotted developments, secure low-rise gated communities, and the region’s first hospitality-branded villa project. Which is expectes to set a new benchmark for luxury living. To accelerate this rollout, TREVOC is actively pursuing joint ventures and other collaborative development models. Though standalone acquisitions are also being consider in key areas like Sohna and Kundli.
Timely Investment Backed by Infrastructure

Sohna’s future is being shape by its role in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor however boosting by the new Gurugram-Sohna Elevated Road and a upcomming metro link. Similarly, Sonipat is set to benefit from a 26.5 km metro extension to Delhi and the soon-to-be-operational Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II). Meanwhile, Panipat’s connectivity will get inspiration by the Delhi–Panipat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS). Which will cut travel time to the capital to under 45 minutes.

The group is already in advanced discussions for acquiring a ~25-acre land parcel however with formal announcements anticipated next quarter.
