Gaur Alaris Records Complete Sell-Out
The project occupies approximately 12 acres in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway, which connects Noida and Greater Noida with Agra. Gaurs Group launched the residential project in early August 2026 and has now sold its entire inventory of 1,088 apartments.
The company’s reported sales value of ₹1,800 crore marks a significant sales milestone for the developer. The response also reflects growing buyer interest in residential developments along the Yamuna Expressway.
