The project, located on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) in the thriving Tharamani corridor, is planned to feature over 1 million sq ft of Grade A office space along with a 225-key 5-star deluxe hotel. With OMR recognized as one of Chennai’s most dynamic commercial corridors, the development is expected to attract leading technology firms, multinational corporations, and premium hospitality clients.
The Tharamani–OMR belt has grown rapidly in recent years, emerging as Chennai’s IT and innovation hub.
