GB Realty and Jacob & Co. are collaborating on a luxury housing project in Mohali

GB Realty plans to invest around ₹2,400–2,500 crore in a luxury residential project on Airport Road in Mohali. The Punjab-based developer has partnered with global luxury watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co. for the development. Bollywood actor Salman Khan also has an association with the project.

The development marks GB Realty’s entry into the branded residences segment. It aims to bring internationally branded luxury housing to the Chandigarh Tricity region. The project will feature premium 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments designed for affluent homebuyers.

GB Realty has allocated more than ₹1,000 crore towards land acquisition. The company will use the remaining investment for construction, architecture and other development expenses. The project reflects its ambition to expand in the premium housing market across North India.

Gurinder Bhatti, founder and managing director of GB Realty, highlighted the potential of the Tricity real estate market. He said the company aims to create a distinctive residential offering through its collaboration with Jacob & Co. The partnership combines the luxury brand’s design identity with GB Realty’s development experience.

The Mohali project also forms part of the developer’s wider expansion strategy. GB Realty plans to invest more than ₹5,000 crore over the next three years. It intends to enter new property segments and expand into additional markets across North India.

Over the next five years, the company aims to increase its cumulative investment to approximately ₹10,000 crore. It has earmarked around ₹3,500 crore for luxury and ultra-luxury residential developments.

The announcement highlights the growing interest in branded residences within India’s premium housing market. Developers increasingly collaborate with international luxury and lifestyle brands to distinguish their projects. Mohali’s new development could strengthen the Tricity region’s position in this segment as the market attracts more high-end residential investments.
