Prestige Estates Projects Limited has expanded its real estate portfolio through the acquisition of Gloind Vintage Infra Private Limited. The transaction carries an enterprise value of ₹519 crore.
The deal marks another step in Prestige Estates‘ expansion strategy. It also helps build the strength of the company in the Indian property industry.
Prestige Retail Ventures Limited (PRVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects, signed a Securities Purchase Agreement on November 3, 2026. The agreement covers the purchase of Gloind’s entire equity share capital from DSFF Series 2, a scheme of Dickey Special Situation Investment Trust, and Jasbir Singh.
The company will acquire the 100% stake for a cash consideration of ₹5 lakh. However, the transaction carries a gross enterprise value of approximately ₹519 crore. The regulatory filing does not provide a detailed breakdown of this valuation.
The acquisition will also bring Tarun Realtors Private Limited under Prestige Estates’ ownership. Gloind holds a 100% stake in Tarun Realtors. Therefore, Prestige Estates will gain indirect ownership and control of both companies through PRVL once the transaction reaches completion.
Gloind Vintage Infra operates in real estate development and construction. It was incorporated in April 2025 and has its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana. Tarun Realtors, meanwhile, was incorporated in December 2004 and operates in real estate development and construction. Its registered office is in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The financial figures for FY 2025-26 show that Gloind reported no turnover. Its net worth stood at ₹40,000. In comparison, Tarun Realtors recorded a turnover of ₹8.1 lakh and a net worth of ₹81.903 crore during the same financial year.
Tarun Realtors reported a turnover of ₹14.9 lakh in FY 2024-25. It had recorded ₹13.4 lakh in FY 2023-24. These figures show a decline in its latest annual turnover.
Prestige Estates stated that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party deal. Its promoters and promoter group also have no interest in the acquisition. The company has not indicated any requirement for government or regulatory approvals.
The company expects to complete the transaction on or before November 12, 2026. Once finalised, the acquisition will add Gloind and its subsidiary Tarun Realtors to Prestige Estates’ corporate structure. However, the regulatory disclosure does not identify any specific land parcel, project or development pipeline linked to the deal.
