Bengaluru-based listed real estate titan Brigade Group has announced a major move to deepen its footprint in Telangana. The developer has officially signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to construct a premium residential community in the high-growth residential corridor of Kompally, located in North Hyderabad.
The upcoming project spans across a prime land parcel of 5.6 acres and boasts an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crores.

By utilizing the JDA model, Brigade Group is strategically scaling its portfolio while optimizing its asset-light strategy. JDAs allow developers to secure land development rights without massive upfront capital expenditure, keeping the balance sheet lean and strengthening overall capital efficiency.
The micro-market of Kompally has emerged as an attractive real estate destination due to its proximity to key commercial hubs, solid social infrastructure, and seamless connectivity via National Highway 44 (NH-44) and the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The new development aims to address the rapidly growing demand for high-quality, sustainable, and modern urban living spaces for IT professionals and affluent home buyers in North Hyderabad.
