TREVOC Group is evaluating Sonipat and Panipat for its next phase of real estate development. The Gurugram-based real estate firm is looking at developing integrated townships worth two to three projects of 80-100 acres each. They are targeting to initiate construction in early 2027.
The planned townships could have housing estates, villas, and commercial sites. However, the company has not announced specific project locations, names or prices. Both cities remain under evaluation.
TREVOC Sets ₹1,000 Crore Expansion Target
TREVOC has planned an investment and development pipeline of ₹800-1,000 crore for the next three years. The company aims to achieve a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000–3,500 crore during this period.
Its expansion strategy also includes around 5 lakh sq ft of commercial development alongside residential projects. The capital will be deployed in stages based on how things develop in the marketplace.
This expansion would extend TREVOC’s presence beyond Gurugram into other Haryana markets. The proposed township model combines different property types within larger developments.
Connectivity Influences the Location Assessment
TREVOC has identified infrastructure growth, better connectivity and local economic activity as key factors in its assessment of Sonipat and Panipat.
Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway are among the regional links mentioned in the company’s evaluation.
These infrastructure routes may influence future development interest. However, the developer has not disclosed the exact sites under consideration. Buyers will need to wait for location-specific details before assessing connectivity benefits.
Focus on Plots, Villas, and Business Areas
The proposed townships could cater to buyers seeking residential plots, villas and homes within larger communities. Commercial spaces may also support business activity within or near these developments.
TREVOC’s plans focus on combining residential and commercial development rather than limiting the expansion to a single housing category. The final project layouts and property mix will depend on the locations selected.
The present properties of the company in Gurugram include TREVOC Royal Residences close to Golf Course Road. The 27-storey residential development comprises 172 residences. However, the proposed townships in Sonipat and Panipat would target a different development format.

TREVOC is aiming to achieve Phase I expansion in Tier-2 markets by the beginning of 2027. The timeline remains a target, as the company continues to evaluate opportunities.
